Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Please read the fine prints of each Membership plan before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. Our Policy for the Cancellation and Refund will be as follows :
Our membership policy is commitment-free. Once you’ve paid for any membership, you cannot cancel your membership. For subsequent membership, you will need to manually renew your membership. Once purchased for any of the membership plan and the amount has been transferred and received by Coffic (in capacity of Vowels Advertising LLP), the member has the access to the plan during the validity period. The member does not reserve the right to cancel the membership during the valid period. The membership automatically expired on completion of the validity period.
For Instance all our membership plans are valid from the day of purchase till 30 days, thus any plan purchased on any given date like 10th August 2019 shall remain valid till 9th September 2019.
Refunds will not be provided for any membership. We do not provide credits, refunds, or prorated billings for membership that are cancelled mid-month. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your membership until the end of the valid period.
Disclaimer : All the policies stated in any document or Application/ Website are subject to the discretion of management and thus varies from case to case. All Coffic members are automatically bound by the above document. In case there is a reason to believe that any harm has been caused to any member due to neglect of the above policies it shall be proceeded with legal authorities. The management’s decision shall prevail in case of any conflict. All above conversations by Coffic are done in capacity of Vowels Advertising LLP.
